Estates – Operational Team

Operational

The Operational Estates team contains skilled and semi-skilled colleagues ranging from joiners, electricians, fitters, mechanics and decorators.  The team oversee maintenance and repairs throughout HDFT, as well as utilising their skills in new projects and schemes.  The teams 24/7 on call service accommodates for any critical breakdowns or repairs to keep HDFT running.

 

Capital Projects

Our highly technically skilled and professional Capital Design Team design and project manage major instillations and building schemes throughout HDFT.

 

Compliance & Safety

Due to the strict healthcare guidelines and regulations set out by various governing bodies, our knowledgeable Compliance & Safety team offer advice and maintain compliance standards through HDFT and other site premises.  All aspects of compliance are covered, including fire, waste, electrical, medical gas, water, new schemes and maintenance.

 

Contracts & Projects

The Contracts & Projects team provide management and tracking of all contracts throughout HIF, offering project management of capital backlog schemes.  Examples of such include flooring and roof repairs or replacement, to full departmental refurbishments as well as many other various works required.
