The Medical Equipment Library also provide additional services externally, such as syringe driver consumables to local nursing homes.

The Medical Devices Safety Officer plays a pivotal role in the team and is responsible for monitoring all incidents involving equipment and managing all medical device related safety alerts.  They also ensure relevant training is provided to all areas and assisting in selection of new medical devices for the HDFT.
